Warranty Policies

Warranty Claims must be submitted through the Warranty Support Form. Failure to submit a warranty claim through our support system will automatically result in a rejection of the warranty claim. All warranty claims are given a support ticket number. Please keep this number to show that your claim was submitted. This number can also be used to reference your claim.

2 Year Warranty – Ceramic Pro Bronze – **When Annually Maintained by Pro Smith Customs** 

5 Year Warranty – Ceramic Pro Silver – **When Annually Maintained by Pro Smith Customs** 

Lifetime – 15+ Years Warranty – Ceramic Pro Gold – **When Annually Maintained by Pro Smith Customs** 

In the case, that product failure is part of your warranty claim, submission of pictures and videos is required to process any warranty claim.

Please be sure to include them on your 1st ticket submission to ensure the quickest resolution of the warranty claim.

A ProSmith Customs agent must be notified of any claim due to failure of product performance within 30 days of occurrence.

Any application, re-application, repair work, or other work carried out on the coated surface must be applied/reapplied or repaired by an authorized ProSmith Customs agent after claim approval from ProSmith Customs.
